Thrown away the key

Image result for fantasy art

On the edge of atrophy,

rampant revolution with the sea breeze,

brewing in the air,

the mist, beware.

We no longer have a care,

for the now frozen lakes far off in another galaxy,

the little people are free

weeds surround the beautiful sweet flowers that breathe,

life into the ether as between the lines we read,

grow, uproot, resist, feed,

through perpetual death and rebirth on the shores of grand rising we bleed,

transformative, awakening from the haze,

fires blaze,

as seasons change

earthy, watery an elemental stage,

passage through the malaise,

wounds cut open and the memories fade,

it’s too late and we can no longer wait,

sitting ducks and enslaved,

You may have thrown away the key,

but this you did not foresee.

In the real, real world

Subconscious barriers,

slumber-ridden eyes, we give up on the carrier,

of this affliction,

turning to familiar poisons and addictions,

different ailment, temporary relief, the cycles resume

sucked into this time, space vacuum,

and we still cannot wake up from our continuum,

round and round the loop,

no time to re-group,

away in the airy, fairy world of metaphors,

because doing nothing of worth is a bore,

at our senses it tore,

till we realise we wanted so much more,

the coldest days of the season,

winter offered us many a reason,

when we were freezing,

with flus, coughing and sneezing,

in the depth of the heatwave,

summer-time burns, screamed for a break,

entrapment had us craving an escape.

The world had me find,

people and their perceptions torn open these eyes,

how could I  possibly describe?

all this, no words for what is not truly mine,

Down to the bone,

solipsistic and alone,

individualism, seeking reassurance from every single one,

cannot be found like that,

reminder to try a new path,

why not today?

How long can it really take?

What will you make?

with these resources,

stepping outside, where the beasts reside,

comfort-zones we override,

opportune moment to walk this fine line, the cards are all stacked in your favour this time,

as I’m sure you’ll find if you take this as a small sign,

these artistic expressions of inspiration,

swaying the winds of change in the direction of the end goal,

when we part ways, with conflicting main-stays and find ourselves on a role.

Fresh and new perspective, momentarily whole.

Lost and found

The kingdom within,

It’s light is never dimmed,

The grassy wilderness grows,

The thorns on the rose now show,

with a spring in our step,

a life sustained free of the debt,

of holding on too strong.

In a constant flux,

change is a must,

something to put in our trust,

not too fussed,

the breeze, is weak,

in comparison to the ease,

in which we flow, in which we come and go,

I watch the fragments of yesterday burn, I watch the leaves turn,

I saw it all,

things became meaningless with the rise and the fall,

we never did stall,

on our journeys we sometimes slow down,

but somehow come back around,

and what has been lost is eventually found,

Frankly I am drowning..

In a whirlwind…

…but not blinded…

…yet not missing out on all the fun.

I sure know my worth..

a perspective..

Subjective. many others on this earth.

Word says…

…these days.

Not much time for hate…

Release…let it dissipate…

Don’t close the gate…

Luckily this time I’m not late…

See wasn’t just magic…up to fate.

…keeping up to date.

Some call it blasphemy.

What can I say?

Everything is at bay.

Black, white and of course grey.

Life has a funny way of going that way.

You’ve had your say.

…didn’t want to stay.

…well that’s not realistic anyway.

Drop it..go away.

Any where.

If you really care.

Whatever feels better

Here let me compose a letter.

I’m better now…

Passing cloud, strength in the shadows…

Went on…

Felt the same as you, but difference is I was strong…

Let myself be wrong.

Hell even put it in a song.

So here’s to clarity,

No more insanity…

Beyond the mess.

Just be your best.

At the end of the day…

I promise it’ll all be okay.
